Karen and Mark celebrated their big day with a Knockranny House Hotel wedding reception, after their beautiful wedding ceremony at All Saints Church in Killasser, Swinford.  Our documentary style wedding photography was perfect to capture all the activity at this wedding.  You can really see the personalities and the fun shine through in these candid wedding images. The groom and groomsmen started their day at The Sheepwalk in Swinford, where Mark was a natural behind the bar.  Many’s a good celebration started in The Sheepwalk, and this day was no different.

Wedding day portraits with a bit of fun!

Turlough House and its grounds are a beautiful location for bridal party photos, especially on a sunny day.  The house, the gardens and the tall trees all make gorgeous portrait backdrops.  As you can see, we spent most of our time here having a relaxed walk around with the bridal party, with a few formal portraits so they have the best of both worlds to include in their wedding album.  When the guys wanted to bring their hurls for the wedding photos – and sure, why not?!!  I wonder is this the first ever puck around at Turlough House?

While you’re at dinner, I’m usually busy clicking away, capturing some extra details of your day.  At Knockranny House Hotel, this was a great chance to get this stunning collection of wedding details for Karen and Mark. I love to include your wedding details.  After all, these are your favorites from months of wedding planning and hours of research, so you’ll want them included in your package of wedding memories and most importantly, the weather gods gave us a spectacular sunset so we could make the most of the Knockranny House Hotel wedding highlight – that sunset wedding portrait with Croagh Patrick in the background
